The article introduces the construction condition of blasting exploiting in certain strip mine,proposes the application of deep-hole bench blasting,non-coupling load,and short delay blasting technique in mine exploitation,sets rational blasting parameters,and draws a conclusion that the scheme has well blasting effect,which has certain referential values for similar engineering.

The author has analyzed comparatively the drawback of loess and water stemming and the main advantages of using chemical stemming,and also proposed chemical stemming suits for blasting coal mining,which has better economic,safety and social benefit.
