pouring truck
zhud一ngehe铸锭车(pouring truck)用于铸锭作业的专用非自行车辆。铸锭车上放置底板及钢锭模、中注管等，经整模后由机车牵引到铸锭跨，直接在车上浇注钢锭，然后运至脱模间脱模。铸锭车由车架、转向和行走装置及连接装置组成(见图)。中国铸锭车系列的规格经常检查转向架、车架、联结装置等构件和零部件是否及主要技术性能列于表中。铸锭车在使用中需精心维有裂纹、异常变形、严重磨损等情况，以便及时检修或护:(1)使用中各摩擦接触面应经常注润滑油，外露加更换;(4)定期检查轴箱内润滑油是否足量和洁净，必工表面应喷以黄干油;(2)脱模时应尽可能减轻钢锭或要时应及时换油。钢锭模对车架的冲击，以延长车架的使用寿命;(3)应 中国铸锭车系列的规格及主要技术性能〔一〔 (孟凡钦)
