The traditional test process and the integral test process of the single car test in inspection and repair of freight cars are described.

In view of the problem that the release sensibility is comparatively big in the single car test for various types of refrigerator cars after being mounted with the valves 120,tests and analysis have been made on the car type structures,valve 120 structure and single car release sensibility indexes etc.

Described are the performance,features and technical parameters of the low temperature resistant and microcomputer controlled single car tester for railway passenger and freight cars.

On the basis of the single car rolling test results for the RW25050095 cushioned sleeping car,it is proved that the low friction factor of the disc brake friction pair is the main cause to going beyond the limit in the single car rolling test.

Degradation of ZDDP in CD/SF 5W/30 engine oil during field test investigated by ~(31)P-NMR spectroscopy;

Through blending different base oils and VIIs,the field test of self-developed CF-4(15W/40) diesel engine oils for over 20,000 km was carried out with Volvo and Mercedes-Benz heavy-duty trucks in order to investigate the effect of degradation of engine oils on its performance.

The field tests in sixteen vehicles of four types proved that the performances of above oil are excellent and corresponding to the foreign products of a kind.
