用量用法:
口服:1日3次,每次25~50mg,饭前1小时服。在症状改善后,可改为每日50~100mg,2次分服。深部肌注:每次10mg,6小时1次。
注意事项:
1.可有头痛、眩晕、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应。 2.不宜与葡萄糖以外的其他药物混合注射。 3.与肝素合用可引起出血倾向。 4.偶尔发生皮疹。
规格: 片剂:每片25mg。 针剂:每支10mg(2ml)。
