To make the results more adaptable and universal,data is reduced for seafarers competency decision table composed of six factors by using rough set exploration system.

The modal of mode rough set is raised and the modal is applied to motive factor on medical physics learning and on the analysis of effect relativity,and many significant results are obtained.

The rough set theory is expanded further,the model of mode rough set is given and applied into the relativity analysis of motive factor and effect in physical experiment learning,the results shows that it is effective to analyze education factors by using rough set theory.

The relation between rough set algebra and lattice implication algebra was studied, and the method of constructing lattice implication algebra from rough set algebra was presented.

With the definition about reasonable complement operation of the fuzzy rough set,a expanded rough set algebra is constructed by using the method of formula.
