性质: 铁电体中自发极化方向一致的区域。两电畴互成反向平行排列的,称180°电畴。两电畴互相垂直的称90°电畴。其边界分别称为180°畴壁(图中AA′)和90 畴壁(图中BB′)。按铁电体的晶体结构尚有71°,109°,60°和120°电畴。仅由一个电畴组成的晶体称单电畴晶体。多晶陶瓷通常是多电畴的。一个晶粒一般可包含多个铁电体电畴,其形成服从铁电体内部能量最低状态。电畴的形态取决于晶体对称性、内部应力、缺陷、畸变和电导率等。铁电体的性能与电畴的形貌、状态和运动特性密切相关。电子显微镜透射法、扫描电镜法、偏光显微法及化学腐蚀法或热腐蚀法等可观察到电畴的不同取向。(图暂缺)
