Combining with stratum monitoring ,the descending slicing with access consolidated fill is used to resolve the difficult mining problems in Huangshilao Gold Mine,and the successful test gives an examlpe for the similar deposits mining.

The paper presents the some successful engineering examples of applying the rock and soil monitoring technique on the deep pit excavation,which can use for reference by similarity engineering projects.
