由苏联 Ю.И.舍玛金领导的专家组编制的综合性科学技术文献标引和检索用的工具书。1972年由苏联国防部军事出版社出版。该叙词表由词汇－语义表(主表)、分类索引(范畴表)、词族索引和轮排索引 4部分组成。词汇－语义表是叙词的主要组成部分,共收录叙词19101个，其中正式叙词14993个,非正式叙词(同义词)4108个。全部叙词按字母顺序排列，叙词之间有同义、种－属和相关关系，叙词绝大部分为词组(占74％)，其中 2字词占39.5％，3字词占24％，4字词占4％,4字以上词占2.5％。分类索引对叙词的分类不是按科学技术学科和专业，而是按科学技术术语的范畴进行的。分类索引包括 3个部分：①叙词范畴名称索引，按33个范畴名字母顺序排列，每个范畴名有数字编号；②叙词类目索引，按范畴名字顺排列，每个范畴下的类目也按类目名字顺排列，每个类目名有数字编号，前两位数表示范畴，后两位数表示类目，范畴中包括的类目数量，最少的2个,最多的23个；③范畴表，是分类索引的主体，其排列原则是按范畴名字顺，每个范畴下按类目名字顺，每个类目下按叙词字顺。每个叙词原则上入一个类目，但为查词方便，允许一个叙词入两个以上类目。词族索引，所有词族按族首词字顺排列,每个族首词下的叙词按等级顺序排列,同一等级叙词按字顺排列。轮排索引采用题外关键词(KWOC)排列方式，即将每个叙词中的关键词抽出置于词前，按每个关键词字顺排列。
