风湿腹胀 证名。感受风湿，脾胃失调所致的腹胀。《症因脉治》卷三：“风湿腹胀之症，发热身重，不能转侧，一身尽痛，心腹胀满，外连头面，此风湿腹胀之症也。”治宜祛风化湿，胸前饱满重者，防风平胃散主之；身热恶风重者，羌独败毒散、荆芥汤主之；下身重滞肿者，五苓散主之；内外皆热重者，防风木通汤主之。
