1 主题内容与适用范围
本标准规定了包装机械的安全要求，包括防护、操作和维护要求等。
本标准适用于直接进行包装的机器与设备。

3 一般要求
3.1 包装机械的安全要求除应符合本标准规定外，还应符合各有关专业标准的规定。
3.2 包装机械应在明显部位固定产品标牌，并写明机器或设备正常工作所必需的主要技术参数，如：额定电流和电压、额定压力和热温度等。
3.3 包装机械上液压传动系统的安全要求应符合GB3766的规定。气动系统的安全要求应符合GB7932规定。
3.4 包装机械电气设备的安全要求应符合GB5226标准的有关规定。
3.5 包装机械上可造成人身危害的危险部位必须采取相应的安全措施。作相对运动的部件，如夹紧、剪切等运动部件之间必须保证安全距离，以防操作人员被夹伤或剪伤。可造成危险的传运装置应尽可能置于机体内。外露的影响人身安全的旋转、移动或往复运动的零部件必须对其采取防护措施。运动部件上外露的定位件或突出部分必须平滑或施加防护。
3.6 机械运转中有可能松脱的零部件必须有可靠的防松措施。
3.7 包装机械需进行排废料、排烟时。应装有相应的装置，以避免对操作人员造成危害。
3.8 包装机械上仅要求电机单向旋转时必须在电机上或在适当部位作出转向标记。
3.9 人员进入工作区有较大危险时，应在工作区设置安全防护装置。当防护装置将包装机械的整个工作区域隔离时，则工作区内的危险部件可不另设护装置。工作区防护装置的设置应保证安全距离。
3.10 需离地进行操作或设整的包装机械，应设有符合有关标准要求的平台及通向平台的梯子及防护栏杆等相应装置。
3.11 包装机械工作机构应具有联锁保护以便在故障发生时使机器或设备停止工作。
