原料: 红萝卜干三两 炒花生米一两 葱五钱酱油五钱 熟油辣椒一两 白糖二钱 精盐三钱 醋二钱 味精十粒 花椒面一钱
制法: 将红萝卜干洗净,控去水分,直刀切成三分见方的小块;花生米去衣,铡切成同萝卜干一样大小的颗粒;葱白也切成同样大的颗。这时将红萝卜块、花生米、葱白放入盆里加盐拌匀,最后将所有调料一起拌入,入味可装盘。
特点: 五味调和,酥香脆辣。
