Studied in this paper are a class of stationary problems about stochastic controls of impulse type which were generated by stochastic differential equations,the existence of optimal impulse control is proved and the expression is given.

We present a quadrature method for mixed boundary integral equations of stable problems,which provides high accuracy and less complexity.
