性质:为了提高阳极氧化膜的耐蚀、抗污染、电绝缘和耐磨等性能,铝及其合金在阳极氧化和着色后都要进行封闭处理。对不染色的膜,可进行沸水或蒸汽封闭,也可用重铬酸盐和有机物等封闭;对染色后的膜,可进行沸水或蒸汽封闭,也可用无机盐水解法封闭。沸水和蒸汽封闭法的原理是利用Al2O3的水化作用,导致体积增大而封闭孔隙;重铬酸盐封闭法,有填充和水化封闭的双重作用;无机盐封闭法则是利用钴或镍盐被氧化膜吸附后,水解生成氢氧化物,沉淀于孔隙中将孔封闭。
