According to the analysis of the geometry characteristic of parabolic profile,gives general user micros for parabolic profile in NC rough and finishes machining processing under guarantee for quality,by way of the appliance of equally spaced approximation calculation,micro function and G73,G70 instructions of FANUC0i-TA CNC system.
对回转抛物线曲面的几何特性进行了研究分析,根据抛物线曲面的几何形状特点,在保证表面加工质量的前提下,应用等间距法进行逼近计算,利用FANUC0i-TA数控系统的宏程序功能并结合G73、G70循环指令编制出具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的回转抛物线曲面的粗、精加工宏程序。

During 2001-2004 years, our research group had successfullytransferred the lysozyme gene from ZH9(R) into hybrid parents 9311、288、E32 bybackcrossing to breed transgenic blast-resistant indica rice.
2001～2004年，本课题组以[ZH9(R)]为溶菌酶基因供体，以籼型杂交稻“两优培九”的父本“9311”、“培两优288”的父本“288”以及“培两优E32”的父本“E32”为受体，通过回交转育的方法将溶菌酶基因转育到各籼稻亲本中并且获得含有外源溶菌酶基因的株系若干。
