| 下川文化 中国华北地区的旧石器时代晚期文化。是一种以细石器和石叶石器为特色的旧石器文化。分布在山西沁水中条山的下川盆地一带。1973年后多次进行发掘，获得数以千计的石制品。下川石器中一小部分用砂岩、石英岩打制，尺寸较大。主要是以燧石为原料、用先进的间接打击法和压制法生产的细石核、细石叶、石叶及用石叶加工的工具。细石核包括锥状、半锥状、柱状和楔状的。石叶工具，有边刮器、光状器、钻具、箭头、雕刻器、锯齿刃器和琢背小刀等。因用压制法加工，石器形状规整，制作精美，达到了极高的工艺水平。据测定，下川文化的年代大约距今2.4万～1.6万年。 |
