承筋 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。别名腨肠、直肠。属足太阳膀胱经。在小腿后面，当委中与承山的连线上，腓肠肌肌腹中央，委中下5寸，另说“在胫后，从脚根上七寸”（《千金要方》）；“从仆参量上合九寸。一法：居承山上一寸”（《循经考穴编》）；“在合阳下二寸”（《针灸集成》）。布有腓肠内侧皮神经，深层为胫神经，并有小隐静脉和深层的胫后动、静脉。主治腰背痛，小腿痛，膝酸重，痔疮，霍乱转筋，及腓肠肌痉挛，下肢麻痹等。直刺1-2寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
