fongkongbing zhihuisuo防空兵指挥所(eommand post。f。ir de-fense forces)防空兵实施作战指挥的机构和场所。是防空兵战斗队形的组成部分。防空兵团以上部队遂行作战任务时，通常设立基本指挥所、预备指挥所和后方指挥所。分队只设基本指挥所。基本指挥所由正职指挥员、参谋人员和勤务保障分队组成。通常包括室内指挥室和临空指挥室两部分。室内指挥室是供指挥员在室内指挥的场所，临空指挥室是敌方航空兵器临空后，供指挥员观察空中情况，实施临空指挥的场所。分队指挥所通常是室内、临空合一的指挥所。预备指挥所是为接替基本指挥所的指挥而预先设立的，通常由副职指挥员率领必要的参谋人员和勤务保障分队组成。后方指挥所通常由后勤指挥员和后勤机关人员组成。指挥所分为固定式和移动式两类。固定指挥所设在野战工事或永备工事内，移动指挥所设在指挥车上。指挥所内通常配备有空中情况接收、显示和指挥、通信、对空观察等技术设备和器材。防空兵指挥所通常选择便于观察、指挥、隐蔽和机动的位置开设。基本指挥所的位置和开设时机由上级确定，战斗中根据情况适时转移，并报告上级，通报所属和友邻防空部队。其他指挥所由本级指挥员确定。基本指挥所和预备指挥所的转移应交替进行。转移时要求迅速、隐蔽、不中断指挥。为提高防空兵指挥所在野战条件下的指挥效能和生存能力，将主要使用装有指挥自动化系统的装甲指挥车，在运动中实施指挥。 (宋寿云戴建军)
