【原料】
原料:冻粉10克,熟鸡肉150克。调料:芝麻酱25克,盐5克,糖2.5克,味精5克,麻油5克,冷开水500克。
【制作过程】
冻粉切成5厘米长的段,放入碗内,加入冷开水450克,浸发约3分钟后捞出,沥干水分装入盆内;熟鸡肉撕成丝,铺放在冻粉上面。
芝麻酱用冷开水(50克)调稀后,加入盐、糖、味精拌和,淋上麻油,浇在鸡丝上面即成。
