【特点】
【原料】
材料：乳鸽2只，姜10片，葱70克（约2两）。调味料：油、黑糯米酒各3汤匙，生抽1汤匙半，蚝油、糖各1汤匙，老抽半汤匙。
【制作过程】
（1）乳鸽洗净，用调味料腌约半小时（2）姜片塞进乳鸽的肚内。（3）葱洗净切段，取一半连同白色葱白塞进乳鸽腹腔内。（4）在一盛器内，放下其馀一半的葱段，把乳鸽放在上面，再把馀下的葱放进，并倒入乘馀的调味汁料，盖上保鲜纸，留一开口处疏气，高火煮7分锺，再用中火煮3分锺. 取出略晾凉後,便可斩件供食.
