This paper summaries the latest study results of repeated grouting of transverse and crack inducing joints in RCC arch dam,introduces the repeated-grouting pipeline system,the details of the rubber sleeve valve served as grout outlet,the properties of grouting materials and the grouting experiments on cracked concrete blocks and the large-scale concrete model.

The transverse joints of Laxiwa arch dam use JBJ-60 one-way grouting device to conduct the repeated grouting in the original plastic pipe.
