针对国内某大型钢厂热连轧机组弹性结合油膜轴承在装拆与使用过程中的锥套损伤问题,利用三维弹塑性接触问题边界元法定量分析了轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈过盈装配过程中的力学行为特性,分别建立了锥套在冷推进和不同阶段液压胀形力作用下的加载模型,相应地编制了三维边界元程序,模拟了锥套装拆过程,计算了锥套在不同液压胀形作用下的母线变形图,得出了不同阶段液压胀形推进下的接触应力分布规律和变形规律。
