制法：将羊脊骨剁成块，洗净，把瘦羊肉也洗净，切成条块；将淮山药、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、核桃用布袋装好，扎口。将中药、羊脊骨、羊肉和粳米放入沙锅内，注入清水，大火烧沸，再加入花椒、八角、料酒，改小火，炖至肉烂为止。出锅装碗，加调味品即成。
