补充资料:“引大济湟”工程
"引大济湟"工程从湟水河一级支流大通河上游石头峡建库引水,将7.5亿m3大通河水,经29.6km调水干渠调入湟水河一级支流北川河上游的宝库河,解决湟水两岸山区和干流资源性缺水问题。工程实现后,可扩大农田灌溉面积118.44万亩,新增生态林草灌溉面积89.38万亩,向城市和工业用水增加供水量2.78亿m3,河道生态用水增加1.85亿m3。"引大济湟"工程因工程量大、投资大,本着"先易后难、分期实施、尽快见效"的原则,分三期实施。一期为黑泉水库和湟水北干渠一期工程,二期为石头峡水利枢纽、调水总干渠和北干渠二期工程,三期为南岸提灌工程。
