一种利用反切原理为保密创造的话，近似黑社会的黑话,也叫反切语。1931年赵元任发表了《反切语八种》(《历史语言研究所集刊》第 2本第3分)一共介绍了8种"反切语"：基本原则是把一个音节拆成声母（＋介音）和韵母两截，中间插进一个韵母和一个声母（＋介音）,把该音节改装成两个音节。如第1种〔ma〕,插进韵母ai和声母k,改装成〔mai ka〕。有时候还可以把改装后的两个音节颠倒过来,如第6种,先改装成〔mila〕,再把两个音节颠倒过来成〔 la-mi〕。赵元任说："从他上头可以看出许多点本地人对于本地音类的分合异同上的态度。"
