【我空观】
二空观之一,即观五蕴之中无我的真理。例如,坐禅时,闭目反观:我由五蕴所组成,五蕴是色、受、想、行、识。其中之“色”乃我的身(肉体),“受想行识”乃我的心(精神作用)。若说“色”是我,色从地、水、火、风四大假合而有,到底地水火风,哪个才是我?若说“心”是我,心由受、想、行、识种种妄念所生,妄念时生时灭,刹那不住,我又在那里?即知在五蕴法中求我,了不可得。所谓“我”,那不过是五蕴和合而有的一个假象而已,如同幻化,似有非实。如是作观,名“我空观”。
