1 blast furnace of Jiuqang steel works has been successfully solved by the neutron-measuring moisture technology and unclear furnace temperture fluctuations were apparently decreased by coke compensation, thus solving the problem that coke moisture fluctuations affect the conditions of blast furnaces and supplying reliable data for blast furnace operation and producation.

The new ventilation technology and patent technology of focus compensation are described in detail.
