【分户】在房屋租凭合同有效期内，因各种各样的原因，承租人由一户要求变成两户或两户以上，分别承担房屋租金。分户的条件为:①双方都有本房屋所在地的常住户口;②房屋本身是可以隔开使用的，对于房屋内的公用设施部分的使用权利和义务都有明确的协定，不致于造成分户后的生活起居困难和使用上的矛盾;③对于本房屋以前所欠房租，在分户时分户各方必须明确自己所应承担的份额，落实偿还责任。
