原料配方
糯米粉8.5千克 籼米粉19千克 白砂糖14千克 红米粉200克 红枣2.8千克玫瑰花600克 豆沙10千克 糖油丁4.1千克
制作方法
1.将糯米粉、籼米粉放在操作台上，倒入白糖和水，略加搅拌，即拌粉，边揉边擦。拌粉时要注意粉的干湿，拌成的粉要潮而不粘成团。
2.取糕模一只，用刮板装入1/2糕粉，刮平，再加入果料或猪油丁、豆沙，再加糕粉，用木棒轻轻刮平。入模时粉不要揿得太实，然后将模子放在沸水锅上蒸，至糕面透出蒸汽即表示已蒸熟，把蒸熟的糕倒出模子即可。
质量标准
形态：外形呈花叶状，块形完整。
色泽：糕面呈粉红色，无生粉，无杂质。
组织：滋润细腻，即松又糯，松而不散，糯而不粘。
口味：入口松软，香甜。
