It was introduced that the process of the D505 laser axes adjusting meter in installing drive equipment,using the point-test of 9-12-3 to measure the parallel deviation and the angle deviation of the axes of the electriclocomotive and the gear case, at the same time, to measure the adjustment value and level up the value of the frontfeet and the back, to do a real time adjustment.

Considering the action of aeronautical maintenance as the system of " man-machine-environment" , and the behavior deviation of maintainers as the essence of maintenance errors , this paper provides the definition of aeronautical maintenance errors.

Based on the new understanding of“investor behavior”, the paper mainly utilizes elementary theories of modern behavior finance and the analytic methods based on them to probe into several elementary theories of investors’psychological factors and behavior deviation as well as their rational degree.
