一 综述

TH66合金以镍为基体,同时添加强化元素铝,钛和难熔金属铌发展而成的时效硬化型合金。该合金具有良好的综合性能,晶粒均匀细小,屈服强度高,在高温工作环境中组织稳定。适合于在温度为750-800℃的工作环境中长期使用。

三 结论

从该合金的成分以及各种性能指标来看,该合金非常适合在800以下的工作环境中长期使用。是在750-800环境中使用的工模具钢的良好替代钢种。
