性质: 测试应力腐蚀破裂性能的一种方法。将试样的一端固定,另一端加上恒定的拉伸静载荷。试样浸泡在试验溶液(可以是标准溶液如沸腾氯化镁)中测定完全断裂的时间,并用金相显微镜检查裂纹形态。该法优点是可以精确地测出裂纹产生前的应力值。缺点是裂纹产生后有效截面积减小、应力增大,试样会过早断裂。
