erClxlon shlgong二次线施工(installation of seeondary andeontrol wiring)二次线系指控制室、开关室的各盘、柜及就地盘之间的盘间联络线，控制室与热工控制用的调节控制装t和操作机构间的连线等。二次线施工系指将电气设备的操作、测量、保护、信号、自动控制及调节等回路中的元件，按照图纸连接成互相关连并能执行对一次设备的工况进行监测和控制的完整通路的工作。二次线施工工序有:图纸核对、电缆接线及检查试验等。 圈纸核对二次线图纸包括原理接线图，盘、柜的端子排图，盘面布t图及电缆清册等，分别由设计院及制造厂提供.有时复杂回路的设备由几家制造厂供货，图纸中的图形及文字符号的表示不尽一致，电缆的连接路线与实物核对可能有重复、漏项和走向不合理，所以开工前需先将有关图纸根据原理图逐一核对，发现问题及早解决，避免造成返工和浪费。 电统接线分电缆头制作、校线及排线接线三步。校线依线芯的绝缘分色或绝缘层上的号码确定两端的线芯编号，也可用校线器或电池灯校对，然后按照端子排图纸上的顺序号，将线芯套上标志头后接在端子排上;对多股线芯还需压接接线鼻子。 二次回路检查试脸分通电前试验和通电后试验。
