一种神经发育反射。检查方法是：医生用一手托住婴儿侧腰部，另一手在一侧背部沿脊柱旁划动。正常反应是躯干向刺激侧弯曲。注意两侧是否对称。此反射于出生后即存在，以后逐渐减弱，3个月消失。3个月以后持续存在说明有脑损伤。
