本课题运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,对波轮式洗衣机关键部件进行跌落仿真分析,首先,建立了洗衣机关键部件有限元模型(吊杆,桶体,壳体),运用LS-DYNA软件进行跌落仿真,得到桶体响应加速度曲线,与洗衣机跌落冲击试验所得到的实验结果进行比较,验证了模型的真实性。
