The isomer conversion of formanilide was investigated by ~(13)C 2D-EXSY NMR,and the conversion rate was obtained by approximation method proposed by ourselves~([5]).
自Ernst1979年创立的二维核磁共振交换谱(2D-EXSY)以来,人们可以仅从一张谱获得复杂体系的动力学信息,勿需用变温等繁琐手段,大大简化了实验。

利用一维及二维核磁共振谱,如gCOSY和NOESY,对合成的4个[CO(3,3-tri)(amp)Cl]~(2+)经式异构体的溶液结构进行了解析,与柱色层方法分离出的四带配合物对照的结果是:b1=m2;b2=m_4;b_3=m1;b4=m3。
