The result of the effective strain and the effective stresss in cavity die circular section is caculated by simulating the cup drawing in different states cosidering strain, stress and thickness changes.
在模拟软件中,建立带压边圈的杯形件拉延模具模型,设杯形件材料为弹塑体本构模型,考虑厚度的应力、应变变化,通过数值模拟拉延成形,在不同压下位移时,求得凹模圆角处及附近的板料厚度截面等效应变、等效应力以及厚度变化值的分布;在此基础上,对压下位移不同阶段的凹模圆角成形区及附近区域的应力、应变值进行分析,其数值分别沿凹模圆角由外径向内径方向数值增大;另外得出在不同位置厚度发生变化曲线。
