With the increase of the axle load, the wheel-rail interaction is severe, the track structure is destroyed seriously, and the wear between wheel and rail is more and more serious, as results to shorten the service life of the wheel and rail.
为了减轻重载铁路轮轨磨耗,延长钢轨使用寿命,本文深入研究轨道结构参数(主要包括轨底坡及曲线超高)及钢轨型面对重载铁路轮轨动态相互作用性能及磨耗的影响,探明规律,提出减缓轮轨相互作用及磨耗的技术措施,并结合工程实际,进行现场试验与观测。

Relationship of wheel/rail interaction and rolling noise due to the roughness of running surfaces of the wheel and the rail are studied by means of establishment of calculation model for the rail transit noise.
通过建立轨道交通噪声理论计算模型,研究了轮轨相互作用关系及由轮轨表面不平顺而引起的滚动噪声,给出了车轮、钢轨辐射噪声声压级谱关系式,利用有关文献中给定的实验数据,计算了因轮轨表面粗糙度而引起的城市轨道交通噪声,计算结果表明大约在1700Hz以下频段,主要以钢轨振动噪声为主,而在1700Hz以上频段,车轮振动噪声占主导地位。
