sheJ{rongl一ong设计容，(designed eapaeity)大型火力发电厂可按规划容童一次建成或分期建成。当分期建设时，根据电力负荷、热力负荷和资金落实情况而确定的本期工程的装机容量即为设计容量。 主厂房内各系统和设备的布置按设计容量来设计，但全厂总体规划和厂区总平面布置应按规划容量统一规划、分期实施，以做到全厂生产和生活设施的完整性和总体一致性。电厂的水源、厂内嫩料输送系统、铁路、码头、灰场等公用设施，根据资金来源和分期建设进度，可按本期设计容量建设，也可根据需要和可能按规划容量一次建成。 环境保护设计应按电厂分期投产所产生的污染物与当地其他污染源作统一的规划，若有必要应采取特殊措施，或预留今后装设的位置。其他辅助设施一般按设计容量考虑，但需留有将来扩建的余地。
