【来源】
为虎耳草科植物齿缘钻地风的根。
【植物形态】
齿缘钻地风 落叶灌木，高4米以上。叶对生，卵形或带倒卵圆形，长8～15厘米，先端渐尖，基部圆至浅心形，边缘具整齐锐齿牙，下面叶脉及叶柄密生粗毛。伞房式聚伞花序顶生，花轴密生粗毛；花2型，周边不育花，仅一片大形萼片，呈倒卵形或椭圆状卵形，先端钝，萼片柄长3～5毫米，密生粗毛；孕性花小，萼片5，花瓣5；雄蕊10；花柱1。蒴果倒圆锥形，具10条纵肋。种子线形。花期5～6月。 生于山坡疏林内或林缘、岩旁。分布华东、华南等地。
【采集】
全年可采，晒干。
【性味】
苦，温。
【功用主治】
祛风湿，解热毒。治瘀血凝滞，筋骨痛风及疮毒红肿等症。
【用法与用量】
内服：浸酒，4～6钱。外用：捣敷。
