采用组合吊装时，要结合结构型式，根据起重设备能力，保证安全、质量，提高作业效率的原则确定构件组合的范围。常用的组合形式有:(l)多节柱的组合，对H形框架结构也可采用柱与梁组合;(2)吊车梁与辅助析架的组合，将吊车梁、辅助析架利用制动板、水平支撑、垂直支撑进行固定，形成组合体;(3)天窗架的组合，将垂直天窗架与屋面、墙面擦条、天沟和支撑等进行组合;(4)墙面系统的组合，以墙皮柱作骨架，将其与墙面镶条、拉条和钢窗等组合在一起.(5)厂房屋面系统整体组合吊装，将2~3棍屋架，与屋架间上下弦的水平支撑、垂直支撑、屋面镶梁、天沟及天窗等全部构件组合成整体进行吊装。 组合吊装一般选用大型塔式起重机或履带式起重机。吊装前要对起重设备和组合构件进行验算，包括:(1)起重机的起重能力(包括起重量、回转半径、起重高度等)复核;(2)组合件整体稳定和局部稳定验算;(3)吊点处局部变形验算和吊点距离计算;(4)提升用绳索和吊具验算。验算结果全部符合技术要求后，方可进行吊装。 (刘庆华)ehangfang gang」旧gou zuhe dlaozhuang厂房钢结构组合吊装(eombined hoisting ofsteel strueture for workshop building)将部分单体构件预先在地面上组拼成整体后，用起重设备提升到设计位置上的作业。这种方法比单体吊装可大量减少高空作业，节省大型起重设备的台班费用，有利于保证结构节点的焊接质量。但施工准备时间较长，结构组合几何精度控制较复杂，并需选用有较大提升能力的起重设备。
