多晶硅太阳电池的性能基本与单晶硅太阳电池相同,目前国外多晶硅太阳电池大部分是10cm×10cm的方片。工业化生产的多晶硅太阳电池的典型特性参数如下:

isc=2950ma,voc=584mv,填充因子ff=0.72,转换效率η=12.4%(测试条件:am1.5,1000w/m2,25℃)。

多晶硅太阳电池的其它特性与单晶硅太阳电池类似,如温度特性、太阳电池性能随入射光强的变化等。
