d iwenlu低温炉(low temperature furnaee)对不烧制耐火品进行低温热处理的热工设备。主要用于以沥青和酚醛树脂为结合剂的镁碳砖进行低温(20。~300℃)热处理，提高其强度.亦可对焦油结合不烧制品(焦油结合白云石砖及焦油结合镁砖等)进行低温热处理(250~400℃)，除去焦油中低温挥发物，以提高其强度，或为下道工序焦油沥青浸演提高砖的碳含量与致密度创造条件。 炉身为隧道式，以热烟气或远红外线为热源。用热烟气为热源时，采用连续作业并按逆流传热原理工作。定时推入装有砖坯的台车，砖坯开始被烟气预热，随着台车向前推移而升温，至最高热处理温度时保温一定时间，制品即可出炉。热烟气逆台车运行方向流动，热交换后与排出的水分及低挥发分一起形成废气，经循环系统清除其中的低挥发分后，再经排烟机排入大气。 用红外线为热源时常采用间歇操作，装载砖坯的台车一次排满炉内，接通远红外线电源，加热至规定的温度，经保温一定时间后，全部台车一次拉出。 炉体外亮为钢结构，以耐火纤维或岩棉制品作为内衬。炉体结构见陇道干赚界。 (吴博丈徐钟声)
