Aim at the shortage on the national code of design of construction piles thechique for pile caps,base on load transmission mechanism of space truss for thick pile caps,and by the analysis of test materials,a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of concrete compression strut and the design method of space truss of pile cap supported on three piles is suggested in this paper.

简称承台，是组成桩基础的结构构件，在桩顶将桩群连接成整体，支承作用在桩基上的荷载并传递给桩和地基。桩承台的平面形状取决于桩的布置情况，通常做成矩形或条形。码头、桥梁等构筑物的桩基，桩顶往往高出地面或河底。这种桩称为高桩，其承台称为高桩承台。工业和其他民用建筑物的桩基，桩顶则往往低于地面，这种桩称为低桩，其承台称为低桩承台。
