Combined with practical work the cold-process construction for external and internal wall plastering in winter is introduced from the features of cold-process, antifreezing agent selection and other aspects.

Combined with project survey and aiming at the problems that are construction inside interface,beam body crack generated by bad pouring of beam-and-slab concrete,bad construction of beam-and-slab and bad bottom die removal methods,it analyzes the corresponding reasons and brings forward corresponding prevention measures and treatment methods in order to ensure project quality.

This paper describes 3 typical accidents of contrac-tors onsite construction operation in petrochemical plants,and points out the existing construction operation problems in petrochemical plant area: the ability of contractors is not good,the owner lacks standardized management for the contractors,and management authority of the owner department in charge of construction operation is weakened.
