  changfong goujian yingb旧n Celiong厂房构件应变测t(determination of Strainof eomponent parts of industrial building)利用电、磁、光等传感元件和仪器,测定结构构件的应变值,确定构件的实际应力及其分布状态的工厂安全检查方法。它是结构实验的重要内容,对于校验强度计算结果的正确性、检验设计的合理性都有实用价值。厂房结构的足尺试验可直接得出结构的实际工作状况和强度贮备,为结构的可靠性鉴定和使用决策提供依据。 应变测量可测量载荷变化时构件的相对应变值,也可利用应力解除法测量一定载荷条件下构件的绝对应变值。测量构件的相对应变时,将应变传感元件安装在被测构件表面,使其与构件同时变形,从测量仪器上读出其应变值。采用应力解除法测量构件相对应变,首先在应变传感元件附近钻孔或刻槽,再将测点与构件整体分离,以解除原有应力,于是测点因弹性恢复而产生应变,通过传感元件及测量仪器即可测出此应变值。 应变测量仪表有电阻应变计、电感应变仪、光弹应变计、弦式应变计以及机械应变计等。其中,电阻式应变计(应变片)应用最广。它具有精度和灵敏度高、可远距离多点遥测和自动记录等优点。
