性质:加热蒸气的温度与溶液的沸点之差。在蒸发过程中必须不断地向溶液供给热能,良好的传导传热也必须有一定的传热温差。传热温差越大,则越有利于蒸发过程的进行。提高传热温差可通过:(1)提高加热蒸气的压力,但不适当的提高可能导致热敏性成分的损失;也是不经济的;(2)借助减压方法适当地降低冷凝器中二次蒸气的压力,在提高传热温差的同肘,也降低了溶液的沸点。
