调料：盐、味精、白糖、香油、酱油、白芝麻
烹制方法：
1、将粉条用温水泡15分钟，再煮3-5分钟捞出备用，菠菜烫水取出切段；
2、坐锅点火倒油，油热后放入洋葱丝、大葱、胡萝卜丝、香菇、木耳、菠菜、牛肉丝炒熟取出晾凉；
3、将粉条拌入炒好的菜中，加酱油、盐、白糖、味精、香油、白芝麻搅拌均匀即可。
