The characteristics, flora and forest vegetation in Xuzhou_Lianyungang region are analyzed, and the urban greening strategies are proposed from the perspective of ecology, involoing(1) basing on deciduous broad_leaved tree species, (2) cultivating cold_resistant evergreen broad-leaved trees positively and (3) distributing tree species rationally according to habitat.
