营业演出
营业演出单位或个人所从事的以营利为目的的文艺演出或所经营的演出。它包括:专业艺术表演团体的营业演出;临时性的营业性组合(团)演出;营业演出场所或娱乐场所所承办的售票演出或有广告、赞助收入的演出;拍摄影视或录制音像制品的演出;个人的营业性演出，等等。营业演出在中国还不能随便开展，只有获得政府文化行政管理部门核发的《营业演出许可证》或《演出经营许可证》的单位或个人才能参加、组织或经营营业性演出。营业演出的基本特征是以营利为目的，因此，它与非营业演出有根本区别。非营业演出不以营利为目的，如政府部门主办的节日庆典、调演、汇演、纪念演出、礼仪性招待演出，艺术团体的观摩交流演出，企事业单位内部举行的职工娱乐性演出，个人的消遣性义务演出，等等。营业演出的营利方式主要有售票、获取广告或赞助收入以及支付演出报酬。
