【复利计算法】“单利计算法”的对称。不但对本金计算利息，对本金所生的利息也要计算利息的计息方法。按照复利计算法，资金存放经过一定时期，按照一定的利率在本金上计算利息，并将所结算的利息并人本金，在下期结算利息时，随同本金一并计息，也就是利上生利。在人寿保险计算中，一般采用复利，以年为计算期。设有本金P元，按年复利率i计息，经过n年后的本利和(即本金、利息之和)为S，则计算公式为: S=P(l+i)n这种计息方法与现行银行储蓄的计息方法不同。银行储蓄采用单利计息，即只对本金计息，对本金所生利息不再计息。
